Your comment seems like more of a personal issue with this manager than with the services at Kaya. And the Brand representative does not sit at the clinic, so how did she try selling you the service? And if you didn't see a glow on her face, why did you bother buying the service? I don't think these forums are for your personal differences to be voiced. It's reviews of a service and for the brand to know ways of improving it. I am a happy client of Kaya! And I am surprised that Admanya actually puts up reviews without screening them. Christine,no personal issues with Kaya or this brand girl.I will deal with the PROFESSIONAL issues with Kaya,clinic and brand girl.
First,Kaya was paid for services which were damaging my sisters skin.normally a doctor will not insist that you continue damaging services or take alternative services.Hence I said Kaya does not bother about you as a patient,we are pockets to loot money from.They take legal waiver from you that states that you have been told all side effects & consequences.Then they dont tell you all the side effects at all.But how do you prove that?My sister skin is badly peeled,like a burn scar.we are paying so much to undo the damage.how dangerous are these services that need legal waiver,a thing done b4 hospital surgeries shama wrote on 20/10/11
I had not met the clinic manager on the day that we did first consult and purchased package.we met the clinic manager 2-3 days after third sitting and that too after arguing with staff,brand girl and doc insisiting on me getting a refund.till now,we took the sittings bcos doc and staff kept saying that this will happen,it will get better.but i had taken another dermatologist opinion who said stop services,this is not okay and not common.The clinic mgr knew only one statement-our policy doesnt allow refund,take the package servcies,take some other services or buy products.Other wise get lost(this she communicated by body language by just walking out of the room).I purchased &used products which were cheap rubbish
