I had ordered for a particular model of steam iron on futurebazaar
and paid the amount through my credit card. What was delivered was totally different iron box and not the one that I wanted. I had immediately notified futurebazaar via mail. I am surprised to get a mail that it will take 9 days for them to take the product back and replace the product. The MRP of the product listed was much more than the marked price. This gives me the impression that they are inflating the prices of products and offer discounts which do not really exist. Nine days have past and there is no sign of anyone coming to pick the product. On inquiring via e-mail Futurebazaar tells me about their return policy for defective goods. Excuse me this is not a defective product but the foolishness of futurebazaar to deliver the wrong product.

The customer service is ignorant and I will never buy anything online on this website. I also warn other gullible customers not to buy anything on this site, even though the displays and the pseudo discount offered will be tempting. I wish to expose this fraud by filing a case in the consumer court and prevent other people being taken for a ride.
