We all Indians can really feel proud of our great Nehru Gandhi Maino (NGM) family and they surely deserve a perpetual (cum posthumous) award from Guinness World Record authorities for their record breaking feat of having the largest number of bridges, stadiums and government projects named after the great sons and daughters of POK, India and Italy.
You can get the exhaustive list of projects, monuments and building at this link: http://www.lkadvani.in/eng/content/view/858/424/ You name any public structure barring urinals or toilets, I think there will be a Gandhi or Nehru name inscribed on it. Some people are even suggesting that the public urinals will also not be spared and any structure built by public money may be compulsorily named after the younger Indo-Italiano Gandhis down the line. Now the great responsibility is in the shoulder of Mrs Sonia Maino Gandhi to keep the lead in the race and make sure that the Nehru Gandhi Maino family cannot be overtaken by Mugabes or Idi Amins or the House of Saud. Legacy of the Gandhi survives...........well it is part of psuedo democracy with dynastic cult. I am seriously wondering whether our vote really counts to bring the change. Anyways this is the first time i have decided to vote for change, let us see whether my dream will come true

Hari, I think your blog is heralding a new lexicon to Indian political lineage, indeed the family now should be termed as Nehru Gandhi Maino family as Lady Maino's contribution is immense to keep the legacy alive, she is a very tactful lady and she is making sure that Rahul Gandhi Maino Columbico and Priyanka Gandhi Maino Vadra gets back the family throne that is temporarily being given to Dr Manmohan Singhji.
